There need to be a very close relationship based on mutual trust and respect between C. W. Williams and Charlotte Memorial Hospital so that the patients getting admitted to the hospital get quality treatment based on the mission and vision of C. W. Williams. This commitment was observed in the Chief executive officer when she said that patients are at will to choose the hospital where they receive their treatment.

Federal Government: The federal government possesses high power and low interest in the affairs of C.W. Williams Health Center management and operations.
